Form Submissions

Website forms may be processed through Netlify Forms or another website form service. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential information through website forms unless specifically requested by The HeArd.

Donations

Online donations are processed through an outside secure donation platform. The HeArd website does not collect or store credit card information directly.

Uploaded Files

If you upload scripts, setlists, flyers, run of show documents, resumes, or other materials, those files will be used only to review and respond to your request or interest form.

Interpreter Bios and Photos

Interpreter photos and bios are posted only with individual approval. Interpreters may request updates or removal of their public bio information.

Information Sharing

The HeArd does not sell personal information. We may share submitted information only as needed to respond to your request, coordinate services, communicate with board members or authorized volunteers, work with venues or arts partners, or comply with legal or nonprofit recordkeeping obligations.
